Mac Benning is a dynamic banjoist, songwriter, and vocalist based full-time in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley. Originally from Atlanta, GA, with deep Southern roots, Mac discovered the banjo in his late teens and has spent the better part of a decade honing his craft.

Known for his genre-spanning versatility, he’s firmly rooted in bluegrass while weaving in influences from country, jazz, and progressive string band music to create a sound that’s distinctly his own.
